The 2022-23 NBA season continues on Thursday, March 9th, with 12 teams in action.
Take a look at three strong bets for tonight’s action, featuring the Golden State Warriors, Milwaukee Bucks, and Sacramento Kings.
NBA Best Bet #1: Golden State Warriors -2.5 (-110)
The 34-32 Golden State Warriors have struggled with consistency this season, however, they have won both matchups with the 38-26 Memphis Grizzlies, one of which came without superstar point guard Steph Curry. Furthermore, Memphis will be without star point Ja Morant, who is away from the team. The Grizzlies are just 4-7 without Morant and have lost their past four outings in which he hasn’t suited up. Look for the Warriors to take advantage of Morant’s absence as they win by at least three points.
NBA Best Bet #2: Milwaukee Bucks -7.5 (-110)
The 47-18 Milwaukee Bucks have been the NBA’s best team this season, and while superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo will not suit up, Milwaukee is 8-5 without him. Six of those eight wins have come by at least eight points. Furthermore, the 37-28 Brooklyn Nets are just 5-8 since moving superstars Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving. They will also be without three of their top four leading scorers as Spencer Dinwiddie, Cam Johnson, and Nic Claxton are all sidelined. Look for Milwaukee to continue their strong season as they win by at least eight points.
NBA Best Bet #3: Sacramento Kings -1.5 (-110)
The 38-26 Sacramento Kings have been among the biggest surprises in the NBA this season. While they will face a 39-28 New York Knicks team that just had a nine-game winning streak snapped, New York could be shorthanded as starting point guard Jalen Brunson is questionable to suit up. Whether Brunson plays or not, look for Sacramento to take advantage of their home-court advantage as they win by at least two points.
