The Hornets have a 1-0 lead over the Rockets so far this season. They now meet for the second and final time in the regular season and the Rockets have a brilliant chance to equal the tie. Although the Hornets are hosting the game, the number of injuries puts them at a disadvantage. The Rockets are ranked 28th and the Hornets are 27th in the league in offense while defensively, the Rocket are 28th, and the Hornets are a little better on 22nd.
