The win against the Warriors was a great mix of teamwork by the Hawks, with Trae Young and John Collins scoring 25 and 22 points, respectively. Five other players from the lineup scored in double digits to lead the team to an eight-point win. Stephen Curry was the only Warriors member to register a decent score of 31 points as other players failed. The Hawks will travel to San Antonio to face the Spurs, who have been dragged down to the bottom of the Western Conference after a two-game losing streak.
The Spurs gave up a solid 23-point lead they earned after the end of the first half against the Memphis Grizzlies. The Grizzlies made a comeback in the second half to tie the game and take it to overtime. The Spurs ended up losing the game 126-120.
