It was a disappointing loss for the Hawks as the 76ers managed to defeat them without having their main players on the team. Trae Young tried his best and finished the game with 27 points, including 20 assists. But there wasn’t enough support from other players. Jaden McDaniels and Georges Niang socred 24 points each for the 76ers, leading the team to the win. Danuel House Jr. also came off the bench and scored 22 points. The Hawks will now face the Celtics, who are second in the East and are enjoying a two-game winning streak.
The Celtics are 7-3 in their last 10 games and are coming off win against the Toronto Raptors (121-102) in their previous outing. Sam Hueser led the scoring charts for the Celtics with 26 points, while Payton Pitchard came off the bench and scored 22. Jayson Tatum also had a decent night, ended up with 21 points while playing only 20 minutes. The Celtics finish the regular season as the No.2 seed in the East.
