When the two lowest-scoring teams in the majors meet, don’t expect a lot of runs. When that game is in Oakland’s pitcher-friendly park, don’t anticipate any at all. That’s exactly what’s in store with Tigers vs. Athletics tonight.
Oakland’s Ken Waldichuk held the Tigers to two runs the first time he faced them. Detroit’s Sawyer Gipson-Long has only given up three runs through his first 10.0 innings as an MLB pitcher. This game won’t feature much offense.
