The 99-63 Tampa Bay Rays will face the 90-72 Texas Rangers. The Rays will give the ball to Zach Eflin, who is 4-1 with a 2.98 ERA and 54 strikeouts over his past eight starts. Meanwhile, Rangers starter Nathan Eovaldi has struggled since returning from the injured list. In six starts, he was 1-2 with a 9.30 ERA and 21 strikeouts. Look for Tampa Bay to even up the series, after losing Game 1 by a score of 4-0, as they win by at least two runs.
MLB Best Bet #3: Miami Marlins ML (+140)
The 84-77 Miami Marlins will face the 90-72 Philadelphia Phillies. The Marlins will give the ball to Braxton Garrett, who has posted a 2.56 ERA over his past 11 starts. Meanwhile, Phillies starter Aaron Nola has posted a 5.47 ERA over his past five starts. Look for Miami to even up the series, after losing Game 1 by a score of 4-1, as they win this one outright.
