Kopech pitched 119.1 innings and struck out 105 batters. Chicago is a sleeper team for me this year. They are loaded with talent and are playing in one of the weaker divisions in the league. They are a playoff team if they can stay consistent.
Game Prediction
The Giants are a hot mess right now, and I don’t think they have what it takes to beat the White Sox. Kopech started pitching better towards the end of last season, and I look for him to continue improving his game. San Fran can’t seem to get the bats going, and if you can’t score, you can’t win. Chicago is the better team, and I think they will win today.
